The direct outcomes of RESHAPE project are:

• Overviews of the energetic quality of (partner) building stocks in 6 countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Estonia, Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
  
  
• Cross-country overview on integration of energy performance certification (EPC) in operational and communication processes of housing actors based on plans made in the six pilot countries.
  
  
• Cross-country inventory and analysis of barriers and best practice solution for retrofitting.
  
  
• EPC building stock assessments/data bases tested as management tool for developing retrofitting strategies.
  
  
• Cross-country overview of retrofitting scenarios for the six targeted countries.
  
  
• 6 policy papers addressing framework barriers.
  
  
• Toolsets (guidelines, training materials for capacity building, best practice examples) for 3 geographic areas: West-Europe, South-Europe and East-Europe.
  
  
• Social housing actors throughout the EU are aware of project results and the opportunities they offer for contributing to their goals and operational processes.
